Payment & Insurance Information

Payment Information: The Learning Sphere requires clients to have a credit card on-file. Charges to the card will be made for completed sessions. Payments can be made with a credit card or HSA card. Click to learn about costs/payment for speech therapy and for feeding therapy.

Insurance Information: We are out of network for insurance. Parents are responsible for the payment of therapy services. While we do not accept insurance, parents may ask for a receipt and independently request reimbursement from insurance. Please contact your insurance company for more information regarding out-of-network coverage.

Medicaid: We do not accept medicaid.
